1. Discover
We start by understanding your business, audience and priorities. I’ll review any existing site and materials, and help clarify what your website needs to do — now and as you grow.
2. Plan
This phase includes mapping out user journeys, creating a site plan, and defining core functionality and layout. Depending on your project, we may also develop user personas or a brand moodboard to align visuals and tone.
3. Design
I share design mock-ups showing layout, typography, colour and content hierarchy. We refine together to make sure it’s both visually on-brand and easy to navigate.
4. Build
I build your site on the chosen platform (like WordPress, Squarespace or Wix), fully optimised for mobile, speed and SEO. You’ll get access to a working version to test before we go live.
5. Launch & Support
We launch your site once everything is in place — including domains, analytics, and essential integrations. You’ll receive brand and training documentation, plus 2 weeks of post-launch support to handle any questions or updates.
5. On-going Support
Longer-term support is available if you need it — from SEO and performance monitoring to new features and content.
